Shipping & Delivery
Sweatershow ships all items through Fedex / EMS International Air Express to world wide. The shipping time of FedEx usually takes 3-6 business days. In order to ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, please use the following calculation to determine the estimated date you’ll receive your order:
Processing Time: the period of time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the warehouse. In this period we may contact you to confirm order details or prepare your custom order product. After we confirm the size with you through the email we will ship the sweater out within 3-5 work days.
Shipping Time: the period of time from when the item be shipped by Fedex / EMS to when it arrives at your door. It usually takes about 3 - 6 business days.
Sweatershow will notify our customer when order shipped
When your order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online.
Important
You can’t change your shipping address after you placed an order, or we probably will cancel the order and refund the money to you. So please make sure you left the correct shipping address while you making the order.

Feedback now! All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
All ordered items are the right items you pick here.We promise you of the right order package.So if returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Ordering
Ordering Guide
STEP ONE: Find an item that interests you and fill out the ordering form (including Size,Color,Height etc.) in any item info page. Then add it to your shopping cart using the "add to cart" button at the bottom of item info page. When you have chosen the items you want, you can review your cart by clicking "My cart" button which appears in the top nav bar of every page.
STEP TWO: When you are ready to complete your order, just click "Proceed to Checkout" button in the "My Cart" info page. It will link you to the 'Log in' page. If you are a new customer, you need to fill out the registration form to register a account or choose "Checkout as Guest". And if you registered before, please Log in your account.
STEP ThREE: Check the Payment Information, see if there is any mistake. You can change the Billing Address by click ‘change’ button. If it is alright, then click "Place Order" button.
STEP FOUR: This is the last step before checkout. Take a look of the Order Confirmation, see if there is any mistake. If the information is correct, then click "Place Order" button. It will link you to the "Paypal paying page", you can pay with Credit Card or you own Paypal.
STEP FIVE: After you placed an order, we will confirm the order with you.
STEP SIX: Then, we will start to custom make your sweater. When we finish your dress, we will ship it to you and give you the tracking number. Check the "Shipping & Return Policy".
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
At the time of printing, prices and descriptions are accurate as possible. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, a price may require altering. If this occurs you will be notified. Promotions and offers advertised in this online store are valid only through the online shop.
When do I pay for my order?
All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
What payment methods can be accepted?
We accept Paypal and Credit Card.
Can I place my order over the phone?
We do not accept phone orders at the moment. We require all orders in writing to avoid errors.
